Fleur de Sel Chocolate Chip Cookies

 

These cookies are essentially Toll House Cookies with a sprinkling of "fleur de sel."  These salt flakes can be purchased in gourmet cooking stores.   It is a simple way to dress up an otherwise ordinary chocolate chip cookie.

I made this batch of cookies as a fundraiser for the annual cookie ride put on by the Procrastinating Peddlers.
